The Lord Found Me, David Meng

I am a student at California State University-Fullerton. I have been in the United States for three years now. When I was applying for college, my mother suddenly died of brain tumor. I was so shocked by this tragic event. My whole family almost could not bear this painful reality.

In the midst of this difficult experience, I met a believer who was attending the Bible training in Anaheim. He invited me to go to the meeting in the local church. The brothers and sisters in the local church also helped me greatly to pass through this most difficult time. So I continued meeting with the local church in Fullerton.

I finally was baptized at a recent campus Christian mountain retreat. I am so thankful to the Lord. Even though I am still young, I know that human life is full of misfortune. It is a great blessing that I can receive the Lord Jesus in my life's journey. I thank the Lord that I have the brothers and sisters to remind me to call on His name so I can experience His presence.
